Border States congratulates Alec Holcomb, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.

Holcomb, a senior from Owatonna, Minn., made one appearance in relief on the mound this season for the Bison, earning a strikeout. Over his two years at NDSU, Holcomb was 1-1 in 13 appearances out of the bullpen. Holcomb struck out 14 in 15.1 innings of work. Holcomb is majoring in sports management with a minor in business.
