Border States congratulates Jacob Rodin, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.

Rodin, a Sophomore mid-distance runner and agricultural economics major from Kenmare, ND, won the 800m with a personal-best and Summit League-leading time of  1:52.19, and also anchored the 4x400m relay quartet that won with a time of 3:18.08 at the Jack Johnson Classic in Minneapolis. Rodin has now won the 800m and 4x400m in two of his first three competitions to start the season.
