Box Score OMAHA, Neb.--Leah Ratzlaff hit .542 with a match-high 14 kills to lead Creighton to a 30-16, 30-22, 30-11 win over North Dakota State in college women's volleyball Wednesday, Sept. 8, before a crowd of 603 at the Civic Auditorium.
Ratzlaff, a 6-foot outside hitter, added three solo blocks and a pair of block assists as the Bluejays (3-1) outblocked North Dakota State by a 10-2 margin and limited the Bison (0-5) to a .009 attack percentage.

Kari Fagnan (pictured) made a team-high 15 digs to slow down the Bluejays' attack, but it wasn't enough.
Creighton added a second weapon in the third game. After Ratzlaff slowed from her errorless 6-for-7 hitting performance in the first game, Bluejay freshman Abby Baumann belted eight kills on 12 tries without an error in the final set as the Bluejays went up 12-0 and never looked back.

North Dakota State is scheduled to play again Friday and Saturday in the Wisconsin-Green Bay AmeriHost Classic against Temple, Green Bay and IPFW.
