Box Score BROOKINGS, S.D. (AP) -- Ben Beran and Michael Loney each scored 16 points and South Dakota State took advantage of North Dakota State's cold shooting to defeat the Bison 78-59 Saturday night.
The winning Jackrabbits (4-11) shot 49 percent for the game but North Dakota State (5-11) could muster only 33 percent on 22-of-66 shooting.
Loney was perfect in shooting with seven field goals and two free throws.
Joe Green had a dozen rebounds and Beran added five as South Dakota State took a 43-35 rebound advantage.
Myron Green recorded his first career double-double for NDSU with 22 points and 10 rebounds while Phil Hahn added a dozen points for the Bison.
