Biography

Solid inside-outside player who will be favored for starting time in the three spot...Good shooter with prolific scoring ability...Could be NDSU’s big-play maker...Ranked nationally in 3-point field goal percentage during his last year of junior college ball at Lake Land College in Illinois.

2003-04 Season (Junior): Played in 27 of 29 games for the Bison and made two starts...Shined in his first starting assignment at Cal Poly-Pomona, playing 37 minutes of that overtime contest and finishing 9 of 16 for 21 points with a pair of steals and four rebounds...Averaged 7.7 points and 3.0 rebounds per game...Was a key reserve player down the stretch...Scored 19 points in 25 minutes of play in a home loss to Minnesota State-Mankato and helped the Bison to a win in the first round of the North Central Conference postseason tournament with 15 points in 22 minutes against St. Cloud State...Had a season-high nine rebounds in a game once.

2002-03 Season (Sophomore): Scored 480 points to finish second on the team behind his brother, Aaron...Hit 43.6 percent of his 3-pointers and ranked 49th in the national junior college ranks in that statistical category...Third leading rebounder for Lake Land with 6.8 boards per game...Finished his junior college career with 686 points to place 39th on the school’s career scoring list...Played in all 32 games enroute to honorable mention for the all-conference and all-region teams.

2001-02 Season (Freshman): Played in 29 of 31 games at Lake Land junior college...Averaged 9.1 points and 4.4 rebounds per game.

High School: Two-time letterwinner at Ben Davis High School...Averaged 14 points per game playing guard and post in a starting role his senior year...Named to the all-county team and was third team all-conference...Scored a career-high 30 points in a single game against Warren Central High School.

Personal: Majoring in apparel studies with a minor in communication...Enjoys music and art...Son of Robert and Gina Green of Indianapolis...Older brother Aaron played basketball at NDSU for the 2003-04 season before transferring to the University of South Dakota in Vermillion...Has two second cousins, Jeff Moore and Steve Moore, who played football in the NFL.
