Football Captains for 2011 Announced

North Dakota State University head football coach Craig Bohl introduced seniors, tight end Matt Veldman, linebacker Preston Evans, defensive end Coulter Boyer, free safety Daniel Eaves, offensive tackle Paul Cornick and running back D.J. McNorton as captains for 2011 with the full squad around prior to the start of Saturday's scrimmage.

NDSU is ranked 11th in the Sports Network/Fathead.com FCS Preseason Top 25 and picked second in the Missouri Valley Football Conference. The Bison open the 2011 season against Lafayette College at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, in the Fargodome.
