The North Dakota State University men's and women's basketball teams held their first practices in the Nodak Mutual Basketball Performance Center on the first weekend of November in time for the opening week of the 2015-16 regular season.

Construction crews finished up work in the team locker rooms, practice facility, west entrance and west parking lot in order to turn over access to NDSU.  The Bison men plan to practice in the new facility full-time, while the Bison women will also workout in the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse, where they play home games again this season.

Around the rest of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex, workers are building window frames on the east side expansion and framing walls for second floor offices.  Walls and ceilings have been painted in the west expansion's new weight room, which is one of the next targets for completion.
