APRIL 2016 PHOTO GALLERY
Two years after initial demolition began inside the former Bison Sports Arena, the finish line is drawing near inside the Sanford Health Athletic Complex.
April brought the installation of new lighting fixtures over the Scheels Center floor, doors being hung in hallways and office spaces, and cable pulls being made throughout the first and second floors.
On the first floor, a new fueling station for student-athletes has been set in place between the weight room and student-athlete lounge where the former swimming pool once was.  A staircase has been added from the lounge to the new second floor academic center.
Outside the building, brick work was completed on the northeast stair tower and the final siding panels were lifted above the glass curtain wall on the east expansion. Â Work has begun on the east half of the south parking lot.
