Sanford Health Athletic Complex Construction Update: December 2015

Now that the Nodak Mutual Basketball Performance Center has been turned over to the NDSU basketball teams, progress has picked up in other areas of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex as construction continues into winter for the second straight year.
With temporary heat keeping comfortable temperatures inside the facility, crews have connected the new upper concourse on the south, east and north sides. Concrete is being poured on parts of the Scheels Center arena floor.
In the west half of the SHAC, walls and ceilings have been painted in the new weight room and block walls continue to be built around team locker rooms. On the second floor, offices for staff, administration and coaches have been framed and sheetrock is already going up.
