Sanford Health Athletic Complex Construction Update: January 2016

While the NDSU basketball teams continue to practice inside the new Nodak Mutual Basketball Performance Center this winter, work is progressing nicely next door at the future game day facility for the Bison.
The concrete floor of the Scheels Center has been poured and will be wet-cured before while work continues around other parts of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex.
Masons continue to build block walls for new first floor restrooms and columns for the new upper concourse surrounding the arena. The glass curtain wall on the east expansion has been installed allowing passers-by on University Drive a look inside.
On the second floor, crews continue to work in assembly line fashion behind one another installing ceiling grid, drywall and painting offices for staff and coaches in the southwest expansion and former weight room and racquetball court spaces.
