The North Dakota State women's basketball team heads West to Stockton, Calif. for two games at the Tiger Turkey Tip Off. The Bison will face host Pacific on Friday, Nov. 23 before taking on the North Texas Mean Green on Saturday, Nov. 24. It will be the first trip to The Golden State since playing in the Cal Poly/ShareSLO Holiday Tournament on Nov. 25-26, 2016 at San Luis Obispo.
Pacific Series History
Friday will be the first meeting between the Bison and the Tigers. It will also be the first time NDSU has faced an opponent from the West Coast Conference.
North Texas Series History
Saturday will be the first meeting between the Bison and the Mean Green. The Bison are 1-3 all-time against Conference USA opponents. The last Conference USA opponent for the Bison was Florida International last season at the FIU Holiday Classic, a 71-68 Bison victory.

NDSU will spend the Thanksgiving holiday in California preparing for a pair of games at the Tiger Turkey Tip Off in Stockton, Calif. The Bison will face host Pacific on Friday, Nov. 23 before taking on North Texas the next day.
Mixing It Up
Nine different players have seen action in four games, with each playing at least four minutes. The Bison have tallied 20 different lineups with the nine players. In 40:50 of play together, the starting lineup of Rylee Nudell, Michelle Gaislerova, Tyrah Spencer, Marina Fernandez and Emily Dietz has outscored the opponent 49-46. The lineup of Nudell, Gaislerova, Spencer, Fernandez and Cirkeline Rimdal holds a 27-20 advantage in 11:44 of playing together.
Starters Going Deep
The Bison have hit 23 3-pointers in the first four games. Of those 23 long balls, 22 have come from the starting lineup. Cirkeline Rimdal has the lone long ball from the bench. Michelle Gaislerova leads the team with 12 3-pointers.

Bison Notes
- In the 64-53 loss at Wisconsin on Saturday, the Bison and Badgers were tied at 15 after the first quarter. NDSU led for 5:37 of the opening frame, while the Badgers led for 2:12.
- NDSU cut the lead to five with 5:29 to play before the Badgers went on an 8-2 run to close the game.
- Playing three games on the opening week, the Bison went 2-1 with wins to start and end the week.
- In the final game of the week, NDSU had four players score in double figures in the victory over New Hampshire. It was the second game this year that four players have scored in double figures.
- With just two players playing off the bench, NDSU held an 18-0 advantage in bench points in the win over New Hampshire.
- NDSU held New Hampshire without a 3-point basket on five attempts. It was the first time a Bison opponent hadn't hit a long ball since Western Michigan went 0-for-9 on Nov. 30, 2016.
Scouting Pacific
- Having played just two game this year, the Tigers are 1-1 after having a game with William Jessup canceled to start the season.
- In their last outing, the Tigers were within four points of 23rd-ranked Cal with 6:55 to play before the Golden Bears went on to an 81-69 victory.
- Three Tigers are averaging double figure points through the first two games, led by Ameela Li's 20.5 points per game. Brooklyn McDavid is just behind her with 18.5 points per game, while Valerie Higgins is averaging 15.0 points per game.
- The Bison and Tigers share a common opponent in San Francisco. The Bison will play the Dons Dec. 19 in DeLand, Fla., while the Tigers will face the Dons twice this year as the two are both members of the West Coast Conference.
- This is the home opener for the Tigers, as they have played on the road against UC Davis and a neutral site game against Cal last weekend.
