DENVER, Colo. – Lydia Bartalo had 12 kills and hit .360 as Denver defeated North Dakota State 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-11) in a Summit League volleyball match played Sunday, Nov. 10 in Hamilton Gymnasium.

Denver (19-7, 11-3 SL) finished with a 14-7 advantage in team blocks as Tina Boe collected a match-high eight, while Ari Winters and Brianna Green followed with five apiece. The Pioneers outhit NDSU .226 to -.020 in the match.

The defense led to offense by Amanda Green, Boe and Bartalo. Green had nine kills and hit .350 and Boe had eight kills and hit .312. Lorrin Poulter and Ellie Anderson combined for 32 assists. Macy Carrabine came up with a match-high 20 digs.

Syra Tanchin paced North Dakota State with nine kills, while
Emily Halverson finished with seven kills and four blocks.
Kelley Johnson and
Kalli Hegerle combined for 20 assists, while
Kaylee Hanger claimed 14 digs.
