Bison Wrap Homestand Hosting Dickinson State on Tuesday Night

THIS WEEK
North Dakota State (1-3) will wrap up its three-game homestand hosting Dickinson State (0-9) on Tuesday at Scheels Center. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m.
GAME COVERAGE

BISON QUICK HITS
Ryan Cobbins is averaging a team-best 15.8 points per game and has reached double digits in scoring in all four games this season. She's also making an impact on the defensive side of the floor hauling in a team-best 21 total rebounds (5.3 rbg). Cobbins netted a game-high 19 points against Montana on 7-of-12 shooting from the field.
Through four games, Cobbins is shooting 58.8 percent from the field, which leads the Summit League and ranks 52nd in the country.
LINEUP ADJUSTMENTS
Reneya Hopkins and Olivia Skibiel joined the starting lineup to each make their first start of the season against Montana. Hopkins logged a season-high 29 minutes of action and matched a career-high three steals. Skibiel also registered a season-high 20 minutes of work and chipped in five points.
WE'LL TAKE THAT
The Bison generated a season-high 11 steals against Montana with five different players notching at least one steal. Reneya Hopkins and Heaven Hamling paced the Bison creating three each.

As a team, NDSU has connected on 66 free throws this season, which ranks second in the Summit League and 33rd in the country.
SCHULTE WORKING ON BOTH ENDS
Abby Schulte hit double digits in scoring for the first time this season against Montana with a season-best 10 points. She also contributed down low snatching a career-best six rebounds against the Grizzlies, including five on the defensive end of the court.
DIETZ IS BACK FOR MORE
Emily Dietz is back for her fifth season and looking to leave her mark in the Bison record book with plenty of milestones within reach. Last season, she became the 31st player in school history, and fifth during the NCAA Division I era, to join the 800 points/500 rebounds club. The Fargo native has also played in 106 games with 86 starts over five seasons
She ranks in the top 50 in Bison history in games started (15th, 86), rebounds (24th, 560), blocked shots (t-32nd, 37), field goals made (36th, 374) and scoring (42nd, 927).
THIS IS OUR HOUSE
NDSU is 454-135 all-time at home dating back to 1977-78. NDSU posted a 9-3 record at Scheels Center last season, which was the best record since 2009-10 when the Bison notched an 11-3 mark.
SCOUTING DICKINSON STATE
Dickinson State enters the week with an 0-9 overall record and most recently fell short at UMary, 80-48. Courtney Olson (11) and Kailyn Groves (11) both reached double figures in scoring to pace the Blue Hawks.
This will be the sixth all-time meeting between North Dakota State and Dickinson State dating back to 1975 with the Blue Hawks holding the slight edge in the all-time series, 3-2. In their most recent meeting in 2016, NDSU topped Dickinson State, 70-63. Taylor Thunstedt led the way for the Bison with a game-high 25 points and shot 7-of-13 from three.
