DENVER – Raegen Reilly notched a double-double as NDSU dropped a 3-0 decision at Denver on Saturday afternoon.
With the loss, NDSU falls to 11-16 (5-10 Summit), while Denver improves to 21-3 (12-2 Summit) on the season.

The Pioneers responded with three unanswered points of their own to open up a 23-18 edge and force a Bison timeout. Denver held off NDSU the rest of way to win the set, 25-21.
The Bison took advantage of attack errors to jump out to a 7-5 lead in the second frame. Both teams then settled in until Kirstin Tidd connected on a kill to tie the contest, 22-22. However, the Pioneers answered right back with a momentum-swinging 3-0 run to win the set, 25-22.
The Pioneers carried the energy over into the third set building a 13-8 advantage by the midway point. The Bison attempted to spark a comeback after a kill from Tidd and an attack error to pull back within two, 18-16. The Pioneers put match out of reach closing the contest on a 7-1 run to win the frame, 25-17, and the match, 3-0.
NDSU will be back in action next Saturday at North Dakota (1-26, 0-15 Summit). First serve is set for 7:00 p.m.
