The Bison responded chipping the deficit back down to single digits, 43-38, after a jumper and layup from Deaton. NDSU trailed at the intermission, 43-38.

The Bison came out the break and surged back to steal the lead after Hamling connected on a triple to make the score 51-49. The two teams then traded points to close out the frame as Bradley led after three quarters of play, 57-56. The Bison outscored the Braves in the quarter, 19-13.

NDSU opened the fourth frame assembling an 8-0 run capped off by a Hamling layup to build a 67-59 advantage with 6:31 to play. The Bison then stole the momentum stretching their lead into double digits after Deaton knocked down a triple, 72-62, at the 5:01 mark. NDSU went on to hold off Bradley the rest of the way to secure its second win at home this season, 83-72.
