SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State senior thrower Trevor Otterdahl earned Summit League Field Athlete of the Week honors for his performance at the Bison Team Cup on Jan. 15.
 
Otterdahl took first place in both the weight throw and shot put at the meet. He launched a mark of 71-6 (21.79m) to win the weight throw, ranking fifth in the NCAA this season, and is one of only three men in NDSU history to top 70 feet in the event. Otterdahl also took the shot put title, nearly throwing an indoor personal best at 60-01.75 (18.33m). His shot put mark ranks 28th nationally.
