FARGO, N.D. - The North Dakota State wrestling team has announced the dates for its elite team camp, scheduled for June 19-22, 2022, at the Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse on the campus of North Dakota State.
Â
The elite team camp will be eligible for wrestlers entering grades 7-12 and will include both resident and commuter options wrestlers for the four-day camp, as well as access for coaches. Discount rates will be available for teams of 10+ wrestlers.
Â
All resident registrants will stay in dorms for three nights and will eat on campus. All commuter registrations will include dinner for the first three days.
Â
The four-day format features technique, scrimmages, games and a team dual tournament. Each dual will be scored on ten individual matches. It is highly recommended that coaches attend with 10 or more wrestlers. As a guideline, there will not be strict weight classes and coaches will be worked with to match up athletes.
Â
The Bison Wrestling Camp system is designed to provide technical and tactical skills in a highly competitive environment where teams and individuals will gain the advantage over their opponents in order to reach their desired goals.
Â
The Bison wrestling staff, clinicians, and counselors believe that cutting edge techniques and expertise in key wrestling scenarios is key to mastery. Our goal is to provide the insight necessary for you and your team to reach your success of winning state and national championships.
