PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. - The North Dakota State men's golf team wrapped up the Golfweek/Any Given Tuesday Intercollegiate with a third-place finish on Wednesday at the True Blue Golf Club.

The Bison shot their best round of the tournament with a -5 score of 283 as a team to jump one spot on the last day and finish at +7 for the event.

For the second time this week,
Brock Winter fired a -4 round of 68 to lead the way for the Bison. Winter had an eagle and five birdies in his round as he moved up on the day to take sole possession of fifth overall at -4 for the three-day event.

Ian Simonich had the second-best round of the day for NDSU, as he closed out his week with a -2 round of 70. Simonich carded four birdies as he climbed the leaderboard to finish in 21
st with a +6 for the event.

Nate Adams finished second overall for the Bison in the tournament, as he rounded out the week in a tie for 13
th at +3. Adams shot a 73 on the final day to finish at +1 after a round with two birdies and three bogeys.

Finishing one shot behind Adams and in a tie for 17
th overall was
Jack Johnson, who carded an even par round of 72 on the final day to hold at +4. Johnson joined Winter with a team high five birdies in the final round.

The Bison will have a week off before returning to action at the Stampede at the Creek hosted by Omaha at the Club at Indian Creek in Elkhorn, Nebraska on April 11-12. The event will be over two days and wrap up regular season competition for NDSU.
