SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State's
Rocky Kreuser and
Tyree Eady were selected to the 2021-22 Summit League Academic All-League Team for men's basketball, it was announced Wednesday. Five players were chosen for the honor based on their academic and athletic performances during this past season.
For Kreuser, it was the fourth straight season he earned the accolade.
Kreuser owns a 4.00 GPA during his pursuit of a master's degree in health, nutrition and exercise science after completing a bachelor's degree in university studies with a 3.62 GPA. The White Bear Lake, Minn., native averaged 16.7 points and shared the league lead in rebounding (7.7 rpg) en route to earning all-league first team and all-tournament team honors for the second straight season.Â
Eady earned his first all-academic selection after earning a bachelor's degree in exercise science with a 3.72 GPA and starting his pursuit of a master's degree in health, nutrition and exercise science with a 4.00 GPA. Eady was named to the Summit League All-Defensive Team and holds three NABC Honors Court selections during his career. He started 32 games for the Bison and averaged 11.2 points during league play.
