Bison Fan Day Scheduled for August 9

FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State University athletic department's annual fan day will return in August to kick off the fall sports season.
Bison Fan Day presented by WDAY will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 9, from 4-7 p.m. on the south side of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex on the NDSU campus. Admission is free.
Fans are invited to watch the NDSU football team's walk-through from 4:45-5:15 p.m., and then Bison football players will join the NDSU soccer and volleyball players to meet with fans at the event.
With WDAY as the presenting sponsor, the station will broadcast live from Fan Day during the 4, 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts that day.
NDSU will have this year's "Champions Play Here" yard signs to give away, along with posters and schedule cards. WDAY will also provide a special fan giveaway item.
Other attractions include Games to Go inflatables and carnival games, Pikadilly Face Painting, the NDSU Bookstore fan shop, Junior Bison Club packet pick-up, and food trucks.
With ongoing construction at the Nodak Insurance Football Performance Complex, fans are asked to park in the Fargodome lot north of the SHAC, or in the R lot south and west of the Shelly Ellig Indoor Track & Field Facility.
