SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – North Dakota State senior thrower Trevor Otterdahl has been named The Summit League's Peak Performer of the Week for the field events, the league office announced Tuesday.
 
At the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, Otterdahl tossed a personal-best mark of 228-9 (69.73m) in the hammer to move up to seventh nationally in the event. He also won his section of the shot put with a mark of 61-01.50 (18.63m).
 
At the Bobcat Invitational in San Marcos, Texas, Otterdahl took home his second shot put title of the weekend with a mark of 59-11.25 (18.27m) while finishing runner-up in the hammer with a launch of 227-1 (69.22m).
