FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State men's golf program and head coach
Steve Kennedy have announced the complete schedule for the upcoming 2023-24 season.
The Bison are slated to play in 10 regular season tournaments, including five in the fall and five in the spring, before the Summit League Championship in late April.
NDSU will open the season with a trip to the Iowa Fall Classic on Sept. 5-6, hosted by the Hawkeyes at Blue Top Ridge in Riverside, Iowa. NDSU will then make return trips to Kansas State's Wildcat Invitational on Sept. 17-18 at Colbert Hills in Manhattan, Kan. and Drake's Zach Johnson Invitational on Sept. 25-26 at Glen Oaks in West Des Moines, Iowa. The Bison took second at the Wildcat Invitational and won the Zach Johnson last season.
The Bison will close out the fall with two new tournaments in October, beginning with the Bill Cullum Invitational on Oct. 9-10. The event is hosted by Cal State Northridge and will take place at the Oaks Club in Valencia, Calif. NDSU then closes the fall in Monterrey, Mexico at the George Washington hosted Monterrey International Intercollegiate at Club Campestre on Oct. 27-28.
The spring semester will begin in Goodyear, Ariz. As the Bison head to the Loyola Intercollegiate at Palm Valley from Feb. 25-27. NDSU will then make back-to-back trips to the west coast, first competing at the Bandon Dunes Championship hosted by Idaho in Oregon on Mar. 10-12. NDSU will then travel to Torrey Pines in La Jolla, Calif. for the UC San Diego Invitational Mar. 24-26.
NDSU will wrap up the regular season with back-to-back events in Ohio. The Bison will travel to the Highland Meadows Intercollegiate Apr. 15-16 in Sylvania, before the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate hosted by Ohio State on Apr. 19-21 at Ohio State's Scarlet Course. The Summit League Championship will follow the next week, once again being hosted at Wilderness Ridge in Lincoln, Neb. On Apr. 28-30.
