PROVO, Utah – The North Dakota State women's golf team is tied for 12th place following the first round of play at the Timpanogos Collegiate Invitational at Timpanogos Golf Club on Sunday afternoon.
The Bison carded a first-round score of 295 and sit tied for 12th place in the 19-team tournament. Fresno State (279) sits in first place, while CSU Fullerton (280) and UT Arlington (280) are both tied for second place at -8, while Weber State (284) is five strokes back in third place.
Norah Roberts (70) is tied for 11th place at -2. She notched five birdies on the par 72 course.
Cora Larson (74) and
Madi Hicks (74) are both tied for 50th place.
Leah Skaar (77) is tied for 76th place, while
Elise Hoven (80) is tied for 92nd place.
Jo Baranczyk (78) also participated as an individual and is tied for 82nd place.
