SDSU Classic Canceled; Bison Cross Country Pivots to Jimmie Invitational

With the SDSU Classic scheduled for this Friday, Oct. 3, canceled due to forecasted high temperatures, the North Dakota State cross country teams will instead compete at the Jimmie Invitational in Jamestown, N.D., on Friday morning.
The Jimmie Invitational will be held at Parkhurst Campground northwest of Jamestown. The men's eight-kilometer race is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., and the women's 6k will start at 10:10 a.m. (updated start times)
The Bison are expected to compete with North Dakota, MSU Moorhead, UMary, and host Jamestown in the meet.
The NDSU women are ranked 14th in the latest USTFCCCA Midwest Region cross country rankings released this week.
