Jackson Headlines Preseason All-Mountain West Selections

LAS VEGAS - North Dakota State return specialist Jackson Williams headlines a group of four Bison players selected to the Preseason All-Mountain West football team announced Wednesday, July 15, ahead of the Old Trapper Mountain West Football Media Days.
Williams, a junior from Omaha, Neb., was named the Preseason Special Teams Player of the Year and claimed two spots on the team as the kick returner and punt returner. Williams was a Phil Steele FCS All-America second team punt returner last year. He had 449 kick return yards, the ninth most in school single-season history, and his 348 punt return yards ranked fourth.
NDSU's other selections to the Preseason All-MW team were junior offensive lineman Griffin Empey, junior defensive tackle Keenan Wilson and senior safety Darius Givance.
