2021 SEASON (SENIOR):Â First team All-America by The Associated Press, American Football Coaches Association, Stats Perform, HERO Sports, Athlon Sports and Walter Camp Football Foundation...Second team All-America by Phil Steele...Third straight year on the All-Missouri Valley Football Conference first team...Started all 15 games at right tackle...Three-time MVFC Offensive Lineman of the Week after his performances against Valparaiso, Illinois State and Indiana State...Also part of an NDSU offensive line that earned the weekly award as a unit following a 454-yard rushing game at Youngstown State...Graded 94 percent on 623 regular-season snaps with zero sacks or tackles for loss allowed...NDSUÂ led the FCS with 6.21 yards per carry and ranked second nationally with 280.6 rushing yards per game.
2020-21 SEASON (SENIOR): First team All-America by The Associated Press, Stats Perform, HERO Sports, FCS Athletic Directors Association, Athlon Sports and Phil Steele...FCS Offensive Lineman of the Year by the FCS ADA and Phil Steele...All-Missouri Valley Football Conference first team...Started all 10 games...Saw time at all four guard and tackle positions during the year...Started the first two games of the spring season at left tackle before moving back to his previous position of right tackle...Moved to right guard for the two NCAA playoff games due to injuries on the offensive line...Also played part of one game at left guard...On the field for 403 of 411 offensive snaps during the regular season...Graded out at 90 percent with zero sacks allowed and one penalty against.
2019 SEASON (JUNIOR):Â Second team All-America by HERO Sports...First team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference...Started all 16 games at right tackle...MVFC Offensive Lineman of the Week for his performance against Missouri State with a team-high eight knockdowns and zero pressures allowed...Earned a coaching grade of 95 percent as the Bison rushed for 222 and passed for 225 yards against the Bears...Through 12 regular-season games, had a team-high 100 knockdown blocks and 8.3 knockdowns per game while playing 724 total snaps with only one-half sack allowed...NDSU rushed for a school-record 4,601 yards and ranked fourth in the FCS with 287.6 rushing yards per game while leading the FCS in tackles for loss allowed (3.56/game)...Third straight year on the MVFC Honor Roll.
2018 SEASON (SOPHOMORE):Â Backup offensive lineman...Played in all 15 games as a member of the PAT and field goal unit...NDSU allowed zero blocks and kicker Cam Pedersen set an FCS and NDSU record going 80-for-80 on PAT attempts...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.
2017 SEASON (FRESHMAN):Â Appeared in nine games...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award.
2016 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Sat out the entire season as a redshirt in the Bison program.
HIGH SCHOOL:Â Five-year starter and two-time captain for the Drake-Anamoose Raiders under coaches Chris Arnold and Ethan Brooks...Two-time all-region and all-state selection, including first team honors in 2015...Played offensive and defensive line, tight end, fullback, linebacker, punter and kicker...Totaled 239 tackles, 28 sacks, five forced fumbles and six fumble recoveries in his career...Also blocked 14 punts and intercepted a pass...All-district performer on the basketball court...Averaging a double-double with 21 points and 15 rebounds per game...Set school records for points in a game (33) and blocked shots in a season (35).
