2022-23 SEASON

Cross Country (Junior): Placed 19th at the Summit League Championships, helping the Bison to the team title … No. 7 finisher for NDSU at the conference meet, running a season-best 21:12.0 for the 6k course … Among NDSU’s top seven runners at all six meets on the season … Peaked as the No. 3 finisher for the Bison at the Dragon Twilight Invitational on Sept. 9, taking 4th overall.
Indoor (Junior): Posted personal-best times of 5:06.63 in the mile and 10:08.64 in the 3000m.
Outdoor (Junior): Placed 3rd in the 3000m steeplechase at the Summit League Championships … Also took 19th in the 5,000m at the conference meet … Personal-best 3000m steeplechase time of 10:52.62 at the Bryan Clay Invitational, ranking 9th-fastest in school history.

2021-22 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Sophomore): Among NDSU’s top seven finishers at all five meets she ran on the season … No. 7 runner for the Bison at the Summit League Championships, placing 38th overall … 6k personal-best of 22:45.4 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 15 … Peaked as the No. 5 finisher for the Bison at a pair of meets.
Indoor (Sophomore): Season-best mile time of 5:14.87 at the Bison Team Cup on Jan. 15.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 5th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, running a personal-best 11:08.97 at the conference meet.

2020-21 SEASON

Cross Country: Did not compete. 
Indoor: Season-best mile time of 5:10.71, placing 5th at the UND Open on Jan. 30.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-best 1500m time of 4:46.19 at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 23. 

2019-20 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in four meets – the first two unattached, and the last two on the NDSU roster … Clocked 24:40.0 in the 6k at the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 28, finishing 122nd overall … Season-best 5k time of 19:27.1 at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Oct. 19.
Indoor (Freshman): Ran the mile at seven indoor meets … Season-best mile time of 5:10.91 at the Dakota Classic on Dec. 6, finishing 2nd in the meet … Also clocked 5:16.08 in the mile at Nebraska’s Mark Colligan Memorial on Jan. 25.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

HIGH SCHOOL: High school personal-bests of 2:18.95 in the 800m, 4:59.91 in the 1600m, and 11:07.09 in the 3200m … North Dakota state track & field meet qualifier in all three events, plus the 4x800m relay for Grand Forks Central HS … Placed 3rd at the state meet in the 800m and 1600m as a sophomore in 2017, as well as taking 5th in the 3200m … Four straight top-10 finishes at the North Dakota state cross country meet between 2014-17.
