2022-23 SEASON

Cross Country (Sophomore): Placed 9th at the Summit League Championships for All-Summit League second team honors, helping the NDSU women to the team title … Personal-best 6k time of 20:48.2 at the conference meet, where she was the No. 3 finisher for the Bison … Among NDSU’s top four runners at all five meets which she competed … Won the individual title at the season-opening UND Ron Pynn Classic on Sept. 2, running 17:19.5 for the 5k course.
Indoor (Sophomore): Posted season-best times of 10:22.43 in the 3000m and 18:00.73 in the 5000m.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Did not compete.

2021-22 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Freshman): Top runner for the Bison at the first two meets, before missing the rest of the season … Took 2nd place overall at the UND Ron Pynn Classic on Sept. 4, running 17:32.7 for the 5k … Placed 5th at the SDSU Classic on Sept. 10.
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 4th in the 5000m at the Summit League Indoor Championships, running a personal-best 17:12.42 to rank 9th-fastest in school history … Also ran the leadoff 1200m leg on the NDSU distance medley relay that placed 3rd at the conference meet … Won the mile at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 19.
Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed 4th in the 10,000m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships, clocking 37:36.23 … Also finished 11th in the 5000m at the conference meet.

2020-21 SEASON

Cross Country: Placed 14th at the Summit League Championships for All-Summit League second team honors ... No. 4 finisher for the Bison at the conference meet. 
Indoor: Season-best times of 5:13.88 in the mile and 10:32.62 in the 3000m.
Outdoor (Freshman): Season-best 1500m time of 4:46.65 at the Ron Masanz Classic.

High School: All-state performer in both cross country and track at Minot HS … Placed 16th at the North Dakota state cross country meet as a junior in 2018 … Competed at the state cross country meet five times – from 8th grade through her senior season … Member of 4x800m relay state runner-up team as a sophomore in 2018 … Placed in the 400m at the state meet her sophomore year …. Placed in the 800m at the state meet as a junior in 2019.
 
Personal: Daughter of Jay and Carla Wahlund … Has two sisters, Brecca and Abbie, and two brothers, Jaden and Paxten … Brecca ran for NDSU from 2011-16, winning a Summit League cross country individual title and an outdoor 10,000m title in 2013.
