2020-21 SEASON (SENIOR):Â Second team All-America long snapper by Stats Perform and Phil Steele...First team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference...Third year as NDSU's No. 1 long snapper for the punt, field goal and PAT units...Made two tackles on punt coverage...Helped limit opposing punt returners to 3.9 yards per return...NDSU ranked fifth in FCS and second in the MVFC with a 42.2 net punting average...The Bison converted all 28 PAT kick attempts and 8 of 10 field goals...Responsible for only one bad snap in 58 regular-season attempts on punt, PAT and field goal teams...Fifth straight year on the MVFC Honor Roll...Earned his fourth MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award...Named to the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society.
2019 SEASON (JUNIOR):Â Long snapper for NDSU's punt, field goal and PAT units...Made three tackles on punt coverage including one in the national championship victory over James Madison...Had a tackle and a fumble recovery in the win at Youngstown State...The Bison averaged 35.87 net yards per punt and ranked fourth in the Missouri Valley Football Conference allowing just 7.20 yards per punt return...Earned the MVFC President's Council Academic Award and MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.
2018 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Moved from linebacker to full-time long snapper for NDSU's punt, field goal and PAT units...Snapped for All-America punter
Garret Wegner, who averaged 43.0 yards per punt...Made five solo tackles on punt coverage, helping NDSU rank sixth in the FCS with a 39.15 net punting average...In 11 regular season games, graded with only one bad snap in 120 attempts...Bison kickers converted 9 of 15 field goals and 83 of 85 PAT kicks...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award.
2017 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Backup linebacker who played in eight games, earning a role on special teams late in the regular season and through the playoffs...Served as NDSU's backup long snapper, but was not called upon in a game...Had one tackle on kickoff coverage...His four total tackles were all solo stops...Recorded a sack in the win over Robert Morris...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.
2016 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Sat out as a redshirt in the Bison program...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered on four straight playoff teams under coach Bob DeMeyer…Three-year starter and two-time team captain…Part of a conference championship team in 2014 that advanced to the state quarterfinals…First team all-state his junior and senior seasons…Three-time all-area by the Duluth News Tribune and Superior Telegram…Made 109 tackles including 18 tackles for loss and three sacks his senior year…Also played running back and long snapper…Rushed for 870 yards and 10 touchdowns…First team all-conference linebacker and second team at running back…Two-time all-conference wrestler and two-time section qualifier with a school-record 142 varsity wins...Named the team's Most Valuable Wrestler four years in a row...Two-time all-conference sprinter and part of the 2015 conference championship team.
