Ben Klinger was part of two NCAA national championships on the North Dakota State University football staff in 2018 and 2019 as an offensive quality control assistant.
Prior to NDSU, Klinger spent two seasons in the Northern Sun Conference coaching tight ends at Augustana in 2017 and wide receivers at St. Cloud State in 2016.
He was a graduate assistant during the 2015 season at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kan.
Klinger graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in kinesiology. He was as an offensive quality control assistant for the Gophers under head coach Jerry Kill, working with both the wide receiver and quarterback coaches while doing film breakdown and scouting reports.
