2024 SEASON (JUNIOR): Played in all 16 games and made seven starts at linebacker...Tied for second on the team with 56 total tackles on the season...Season-high 10 tackles with nine solo stops in the NCAA second round playoff game against Abilene Christian...Tied for third on the team with 7.5 tackles for loss including 2.0 sacks...Forced two fumbles and had two pass breakups...Scored on a 34-yard interception return against Murray State...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award.

2023 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Member of the Bison football program, but did not compete in any games due to a preseason injury...Made the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll...Recipient of the MVFC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award.

2022 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Appeared in the first three games of the season...Credited with one solo tackle in the season-opener against Drake...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

2021 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Took a redshirt year in the Bison program...Appeared in one game at home against Indiana State.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2021 graduate of Fargo South High School...Three-year starter...Team captain his senior year...Played running back and safety for coach Tyler Kosel...Two-time all-conference performer...Had 687 all-purpose yards his senior year...Sixth-leading rusher in the Eastern Dakota Conference with 68 carries for 362 yards and two touchdowns...Led all EDC returners with 19.0 yards per punt return and 50.3 yards per kickoff return...Team MVP on special teams...Ranks second in school history in the long jump at 22 feet, 10 inches...Also competes in basketball.

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in May 2025 with a degree in physical education...Son of Nimbona Olive and Nyandwi Masekanya...Family includes seven brothers and sisters.
