2024 SEASON (JUNIOR): Played in all 16 games as a defensive end...Made 15 tackles on the season...Season-high three tackles at South Dakota...Named to the Academic All-District Team selected by College Sports Communicators...Named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award and Presidents Council Academic Award.

2023 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Played in all 15 games...Made 14 total tackles with 2.5 tackles for loss and 2.0 sacks...Had a strip sack for 18 yards and assisted another tackle for loss in the NCAA first round playoff win over Drake...Also had a quarterback hurry in that game...Got his other sack in the home win over Central Arkansas...Received the MVFC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

2022 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Played in all 15 games as a reserve defensive end...Voted to the Missouri Valley Football Conference All-Newcomer Team...Made 10 tackles with 3.0 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks...Had a solo sack in the NCAA quarterfinal win over Samford...Season-high two tackles against Samford and in road games against Indiana State, Western Illinois and Southern Illinois...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

2021 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the Bison program...Did not participate in any games.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2021 graduate of Sheyenne High School in West Fargo...Three-year letterwinner and two-year starter...Team captain senior year...Played defensive end and tight end for coach Jeremy Newton...Part of three conference championships and two Class 3A state runner-up teams that went 27-5 during his three years...Two-time all-conference...All-state honoree in 2020 with 37.5 tackles and 20 tackles for loss...Tallied 87 total tackles and 34.5 TFLs in his career...Member of a conference championship baseball team in 2019.

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in May 2025 with a degree in biological sciences...Son of Kelly and Brenda Menz...Father graduated from NDSU...Mother competed in track and field for the University of Jamestown...Has two brothers, Karter and Kasen.
