2022 SEASON (SENIOR): Declined an invitation to the 2022 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl due to an injury during the 2021 NCAA playoffs...Returned to NDSU for a fifth season of eligibility available due to COVID-19's impact on the 2020 season...Played in the first three games of 2022 before having another procedure to address the 2021 injury...Made six receptions for 74 yards and one touchdown...Had three catches for 30 yards at Arizona...Recipient of three Missouri Valley Football Conference academic awards, the Presidents Council Academic Award, Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award, and the MVFC Honor Roll.

2021 SEASON (SENIOR): HERO Sports All-America third team...Honorable mention All-Missouri Valley Football Conference and MVFC All-Academic...Started the first 12 games of the season at tight end...Suffered a leg injury in the NCAA second round win over Southern Illinois and missed the remainder of the season...Third on the Bison with 17 receptions...Had 193 yards and two touchdowns...Career-high four receptions and 58 yards in the win at North Dakota...Fifth straight year on the MVFC Honor Roll.

2020-21 SEASON (JUNIOR): Second team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference...Played in all 10 games and made eight starts at tight end...NDSU's third leading receiver with 11 catches for 85 yards and three touchdowns...Caught at least one pass in eight games...Had two TD catches in the NCAA first round victory over Eastern Washington...Key blocker in the NDSU rushing offense that was 10th in FCS and second in the MVFC averaging 218.4 yards per game...Voted to the MVFC All-Academic second team...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

2019 SEASON (SOPHOMORE): Played in all 16 games including eight starts at tight end...Made 10 receptions for 170 yards and tied for the team lead with six touchdowns...His first five career catches were all touchdowns...Didn't make multiple receptions in a game until the December second round playoff game against Nicholls when he had two catches for 13 yards and one score...Part of a three-man arsenal at tight end with Josh Babicz and Ben Ellefson that combined for 37 catches, 561 yards and 16 touchdowns while helping the Bison rush for a school-record 4,601 yards...Member of the Bison kickoff return team that led the Missouri Valley Football Conference with 22.45 yards per return...Earned the MVFC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

2018 SEASON (FRESHMAN): Played in 12 of 15 games for the Bison...Missed the first three conference games of the year against South Dakota State, Northern Iowa and Western Illinois...Did not make a reception, but was part of the kickoff return team and PAT/field goal unit...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

2017 SEASON (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the Bison program...Named to the MVFC Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2017 graduate of Crosby-Ironton High School...Four-year starter and two-time captain...Coached by his father, Michael Gindorff...Played quarterback, tight end, defensive line, linebacker, safety, kicker and holder...All-conference sophomore and junior years...All-district and all-state as a senior...2016 team MVP, district Offensive Player of the Year and area Player of the Year...Passed for 2,822 yards and 28 TDs while rushing for 3,318 yards and 43 TDs in his career...Also caught seven passes for 193 yards and two scores...Racked up 317 tackles with 10.5 sacks, five forced fumbles and eight interceptions on defense...Set school records for all-purpose yards in a season (2,348) and career (6,333), single-season touchdowns (23), and holds the top two single-game rushing totals with 265 and 263 yards...Part of a conference championship team in 2014...Basketball conference MVP, team captain and 1,000-point scorer...Baseball captain and all-section performer...Honor roll student and class salutatorian...Participated in Knowledge Bowl.

PERSONAL: Graduated from NDSU in December 2021 with a bachelor's degree in accounting...Son of Michael and Wendy Gindorff...Father was inducted into the Concordia Cobbers Athletic Hall of Fame in 2014 and was a free agent signee of the Buccaneers and Vikings...Sister, Abby, graduated from NDSU.
