Margie Trickle retired at the end of February 2024 after 39 seasons as administrative assistant for the NDSU Bison football team from 1985 through 2023. She assisted the coaching staff in all areas of recruiting, camps, clinics and season goals.

Before moving into the Fargodome full-time with football in 2006, Trickle also served as an administrative secretary and program assistant for NDSU women’s basketball and the strength and conditioning staff.

Trickle graduated from St. Paul (Minn.) Technical College in 1976.

She and her husband, Gerald, reside in Moorhead, Minn. They have one son, Corey, and a granddaughter, Kellsie, who graduated from NDSU.
