Cross Country (Freshman): Ran in one meet.
Indoor (Freshman): Summit League champion in the distance medley relay, running the 800m leg for the Bison … The NDSU distance medley clocked 9:59.22 to rank third-fastest in school history … Season-best 800m time of 1:53.30 at the UND Tune-Up.
Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 5th in the 800m at the Summit League Outdoor Championships … Season-best 800m time of 1:51.27 at the USD Tune-Up.

2023-24 SEASON
 
Cross Country (Redshirt): Ran unattached in one meet – the SDSU Classic on Sept. 8.
Indoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached, posting a time of 1:55.49 to win the 800m at the UND Tune-Up on Feb. 17.
Outdoor (Redshirt): Competed unattached, running 1:54.71 in the 800m at the Gary Wilson Invitational on Apr. 24.

High School: Placed 8th in the 1600m and 9th in the 800m at the North Dakota Class A state meet as a senior in 2023 … Also ran on Red River HS relays that took 4th at state in the 4x400m and 7th in the 4x800m … Finished 8th in the 800m at state as a junior in 2022 … High school track personal-bests of 1:55.83 in the 800m and 4:24 in the 1600m … Placed 28th at the North Dakota state cross country meet as a senior in 2022.
