Outdoor (Sophomore): Summit League decathlon champion with personal best score of 7,285 points … Set personal bests in seven out of ten events in decathlon at Summit League Championships … Ranked 8th in NDSU history in high jump and 7th in NDSU history in the decathlon.

2022-23 SEASON
 
Indoor (Freshman): Placed 6th in the high jump and 7th in the heptathlon at the Summit League Championships … Scored a season-best 4,909 points in the heptathlon at the Bison Open on Feb. 3-4 … High jump season-best of 6-08.25 (2.04m)
Outdoor (Freshman): Qualified for the USATF U20 Championships in the decathlon … Scored 6,213 points in his first career decathlon at the USD Early Bird on Apr. 7-8 … Ran 50.97 in the 400m and 15.82 in the 110m hurdles.

High School: North Dakota Class B state champion in the high jump and 400m dash as a senior in 2022 … also placed 2nd in the 200m and took 3rd in the 100m at the state meet as a senior … High school personal-bests of 6-8 in the high jump, 11.14 in the 100m, 22.47 in the 200m, and 49.98 in the 400m … Set school records in the 55m, 60m, indoor 200m, outdoor 200m, indoor high jump, indoor long jump, and outdoor 400m … Also played basketball and golf … Second team all-state and Lions All-Star Game selection in basketball in 2022 … All-state performer in golf three times from 2020-22 … Won team state championships in track & field, basketball and golf.
