2007 SEASON: Top Bison finisher in every race of the season...Had five top 10 finishes...Won the Bison Invitational in 18:27.1...Named Summit League Female Athlete of the Week after a standout performance at the Roy Griak Invitational...Came in seventh at both the Summit League Championships and the West Region Club Championships...Named Summit League All-Conference...Also named to the Summit League Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence and the Fall All-Academic team.
2006 SEASON: Was the top Bison runner in all seven events... Finished in the top 10 five times... Posted a second place finish in the Midwest Collegiate Open (Kenosha, Wisc.)... Placed third in both the Bison Invitationals and Iowa State Open... Finished fourth in the Division I independent championships in leading the Bison to a fifth-place finish. Season-best times were 18:14.90 (5k) at the South Dakota State Classic and 21:56.00 (6k) at the USATF West Regional Championships in San Francisco, Calif.
2005 SEASON: Finished as NDSU's No. 2 runner in 5 of 6 races... Opened her career with a seventh-place run at the Dragon Open... Finished 36th at the Division I independent championships held in Corpus Christi, Texas.
HIGH SCHOOL: Six-year letterwinner in track & field, five-time letterwinner in cross country and four-year letterwinner in basketball for Grand Forks (N.D.) Red River High School... Holds the school records in the 100 (12.63), 200 (26.00), 400 (58.15), 800 (2:16.15), 1,600 (5:04.13) and 3,200 (11:13.13)... Also member of school record holding 4x400 (4:03.34) and 4x800 (9:41.56) relays... State runner-up in cross country as a junior... Named Class A Outstanding Senior Cross Country Athlete and co-Eastern Dakota Conference Outstanding Senior Track & Field Athlete... Named all-state second team in basketball as a senior... Three-time all-Eastern Dakota Conference basketball player... School record holder in single season and career assists and steals... Graduated with honors.
