Border States congratulates Malley O’Brien, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
O'Brien, a junior midfielder from Superior, Wisc., was named The Summit League Offensive Player of the Week for her performance on the pitch the week of Oct. 2 after netting two goals and dishing out an assist to help NDSU defeat Oral Roberts and Omaha at home in a pair of Summit League women's soccer matches. It was her first career Summit League Player of the Week honor. O'Brien has a 3.658 in business, management, marketing and related support services.
