Border States congratulates Andrew Israelson, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Israelson, a junior from Staples, Minn., has a 3.720 GPA in business. He tied for first place at the Summit League men's golf championship to lead the Bison to a fourth-place tie in the team standings. Israelson shot rounds of 73, 72 and 74 to finish with a 219 before falling in a four-way playoff for medalist honors. He had a 73.0 scoring average for the season.
