Border States congratulates Ryan Cobbins, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.

Cobbins, a freshman from Kansas City, Kan., is majoring in family and consumer sciences. She has started the first six games for the NDSU women's basketball team and scored in double-figures five times including a season-high 12 points and three assists last week against Iowa State. Cobbins is shooting a team-best 45 percent from the 3-point line and leads the Bison with six steals.
