Border States congratulates Cade Feeney, one of this week's Border States Electric Student-Athletes of the Week.
Feeney, a business major, pitched a nine inning complete-game shutout against Western Illinois on Friday. The Bismarck, N.D. native struck out five batters leading to the eventual sweep of the Leathernecks. Feeney was named Summit League Pitcher of the Week for the first time in his collegiate career. NDSU has not recorded a complete-game shutout since May 2018.
