The North Dakota State University track & field teams will host the NDSU Tune-Up at Schlanser Track and the Ellig Sports Complex on Friday, May 4.
The meet will be NDSU's final competition before the Summit League Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10-12 in Tulsa, Okla. The Bison women are 10-time defending Summit League outdoor champions, while the NDSU men have won eight straight outdoor team titles.
Field events are scheduled to begin with the women's hammer throw at 11:30 a.m. Women's javelin, women's pole vault, women's high jump, and men's long jump competition will start at 1 p.m. Running events will begin with the 3,000m steeplechase at 2:15 p.m.
Joining the Bison in the meet will be the University of North Dakota, the University of Mary, Minot State, Concordia-Moorhead and Valley City State, among others. Live results will be available on GoBison.com.
