PHOENIX, Ariz. - The North Dakota State women's golf team shot a 307 on Sunday, as the Bison finished in a tie for 12th at the Grand Canyon Invite.

Emma Groom led the way for the Bison, as she shot a 75 on Sunday. With four birdies in the final round, Groom finished in a tie for 14th with a 223 for the three rounds. Camryn Roadley shot a final round 77, including three birdies, as she finished in a tie for 39th with a 228 over the two days.

Taylor McCorkle had a 77 in the final round with a pair of birdies, as she tied for 57th with a 232 over the three rounds. Sierra Bennion had a 78 in the final round with a pair of birdies, as she shot a 238 over the three rounds to finish in a tie for 80th.

Maddie Herzog shot a 244 for the three rounds, as she finished in a tie for 93rd. Herzog shot an 82 in the final round with a birdie. Playing as an individual, Alexis Thomas finished in a tie for 28th with a 226 for the three rounds. Thomas shot a 74 in the final round with three birdies.

As a team, the Bison finished in a tie for 12th with a 917 over the three rounds. Toledo won the meet with an 877, while South Dakota State's Teresa Toscano won individual honors with a 212.

NDSU returns to action on Monday, March 11 at the Jackrabbit Invitational in Boulder City, Nev.
