First/Second Round Results

BOULDER CITY, Nev. - The North Dakota State men's golf team sits in ninth place after the first two rounds of the Jackrabbit Invitational at Boulder Creek Golf Club.

Van Holmgren led the way for the Bison on the opening day with rounds of 74 and 76. Holmgren sits in a tie for 18th with a 150 after the first round. Will Holmgren had rounds of 75 and 76, as he sits in a tie for 26th with a 151 for the two rounds.

Andrew Israelson shot a 79 in the first round and cut a stroke off in the second round, as he is tied for 54th with a 157 for the two rounds. Nate Deziel is also tied for 54th, as he had rounds of 77 and 80 to finish with a 157 for the two rounds. Lucas Johnson rounded out the scoring for the Bison, as he shot an 83 and followed it with a 78 to be in a tie for 74th with a 161.

Jed Baranczyk and Dax Wallat are entered as individuals. Baranczyk is tied for 54th after shooting an 84 and a 73 for a 157, while Wallat is tied for 77th after rounds of 82 and 81 to be tied for 77th with a 163.

The Bison shot a 305 in the first round and a 308 in the second round. NDSU is in ninth place with a 613 for the two rounds. James Madison has the team lead going into the final day with a 578. Nacho Montero from James Madison has the individual lead with a 135 after shooting a 66 and 69.
