Fresno State Bulldog Classic Next Up for NDSU on March 6-8

North Dakota State (7-11) opens with BYU (13-6) in the first game of the Fresno State Bulldog Classic at 4:30 p.m. Central Time Friday, March 6, at Margie Wright Diamond ... NDSU will also play host Fresno State (16-4), UC Davis (12-9) and East Carolina (11-7) ... The schedule:

DeCamp Candidate for Senior CLASS Award
North Dakota State University shortstop Montana DeCamp is one of 30 NCAA women's softball student-athletes selected as a candidate for the 2020 Senior CLASS Award ... She is the fourth NDSU softball player to receive the honor joining former pitcher Jacquelyn Sertic (2018), second baseman Cheyenne Garcia (2016) and pitcher Krista Menke (2015) ... The 30 candidates will be narrowed to a field of 10 finalists late this season, and those 10 names will be placed on the official ballot ... Ballots will be distributed through a nationwide voting system to media, coaches and fans, who will select one honoree who best exemplifies excellence in the four Cs of community, classroom, character and competition ... The Senior CLASS Award winner will be announced during the 2020 Women's College World Series®.
