FARGO, N.D. – The North Dakota State men's track & field team registered a handful of nationally ranked performances and marks that entered the school's all-time Top 10 lists on Saturday afternoon at the Dakota Quad.
Senior
Trevor Otterdahl won the weight throw with a personal-best 72-03.75 (22.04m), moving up to No. 9 in the NCAA this season. Sophomore
Maxwell Otterdahl tied his personal-best at 65-04.75 (19.93m) and is ranked 42nd on the NCAA performance list this year.
Junior
Brandon Lewis won the long jump, leaping a personal-best 24-06.50 (7.48m) to move into a tie for fourth-best in NDSU indoor history. Freshman
Dante White set a new personal-best in the long jump at 23-03.25 (7.09m), taking second place.
Sophomore
Trent Davis clocked a personal-best in the 60m hurdles, finishing second in 8.07 seconds. He is now tied for eighth all-time at NDSU.
Junior
Jacob Rodin won the 400m dash in a personal-best 48.27 – just missing the facility record by .02 seconds – and ranking ninth-fastest in NDSU indoor history. Senior
Darrien Lipscomb clocked a season-best 48.67 for second place, and
Jacob Levin ran a personal-best 49.87 for third place.

Adrian Harris and Rodin won the 4x400m relay in a facility-record time of 3:14.38. They also now rank 10th on the NDSU all-time indoor list.
NDSU senior
Tony Ukkelberg totaled 5,272 points in the heptathlon for the second-best score of his career, standing 19th on the NCAA performance list this season.
Eric VanErp scored 5,019 points in the heptathlon, becoming the 10th Bison ever to top 5,000 points.
The Bison men swept the top three places in the shot put.
Alex Talley won at 66-03.25 (20.20m),
Kristoffer Thomsen was second at 62-08.75 (19.12m), and
Maxwell Otterdahl took third with a season-best 62-07.25 (19.08m).
NDSU's
Alex Bartholomay ran away with the 3000m title, winning by a margin of 17 seconds in 8:19.75.
Redshirt freshman
Jens Christensen cleared a personal-best 15-09.75 (4.82m) in the pole vault.
Jakob Hanna clocked the second-fastest mile time of his career, taking third place in 4:16.23.
In the professional ranks, former NCAA champion
Payton Otterdahl threw a season-best 70-8 (21.54m) to win the shot put, ranking third in the world this year.
