The North Dakota State (10-17, 6-11 Summit) women's basketball team concludes regular season play hosting North Dakota (15-13, 9-8 Summit) on Saturday afternoon. Tip-off is set for 1:00 p.m. at Scheels Center.

Prior to tip-off on Saturday, NDSU will recognize seniors Emily Dietz and Reneya Hopkins.
LAST TIME OUT
NDSU came up short at Kansas City, 76-67, at Swinney Center. After trailing by as many 10 points in the first half, NDSU battled its way back to lock the contest, 49-49, following a jumper from Ryan Cobbins at the 3:19 mark of the third. The Roos responded in the fourth frame slowly increasing their lead back up to 10, 72-62, with 36 seconds to play. Kansas City shot 12-of-15 at the line in the final quarter to seal the 76-67 win.
RENEYA RISES UP
Reneya Hopkins has provided a spark off the bench reaching double digits in scoring in each of the last four games. Over that span, she's averaging 13.3 points per game and has generated a team-high eight steals. Hopkins is shooting 43.2 percent (16-37) from the field and 93.8 percent (15-16) from the free throw line.
HEAVY WORKLOAD
Heaven Hamling has started all 27 games this season and is averaging a team-high 34.1 minutes per game, which ranks third in the Summit League. Ryan Cobbins is logging a career-high 31.3 minutes per game. Hamling is currently slotted fourth (32.3) and Cobbins is positioned 10th (29.3) on the NDSU all-time minutes average list.
COMFORTABLE BEHIND THE ARC
The Bison combined for 16 three-pointers last week and have connected 190 this season. It marks the most triples in a single season since 2017-18 and ranks fourth on the NDSU all-time single-season list.
ONE OF THE BEST FROM THREE
Heaven Hamling enters the week leading the Summit League in three point field goal percentage (1st, 39.0), three point field goals made (3rd, 64), three point field goals per game (1st, 2.37).
HAMLING CLIMBS THE RANKS
Heaven Hamling has surpassed 120 career three pointers with 121. She currently ranks 10th on the Bison all-time three point field goals made list and is 1-of-11 players in program history to register 120 or more triples.
Through 27 games this season, Hamling has also connected on a team-high 64 three pointers on 164 attempts. She is currently positioned sixth on the Bison single season three point field goals made list and is one triple away tying Hannah Linz (2011-12) with 65 for the fifth spot.
DIETZ CONTINUES TO HIT MILESTONES
Emily Dietz has started 109 career games and ranks seventh on the NDSU all-time list. She's only the fourth player in the Division I era to start 100 or more games. Dietz has also played in 129 games, which is the most in NDSU history.
In the win over Denver, Dietz reached 1,000 career points and became the 35th player in NDSU history and only the ninth in the Division I era to accomplish the feat. She has totaled 1,117 points over five seasons and ranks 30th on the NDSU all-time scoring list.
Dietz, who has played in 112 straight games, has grabbed 681 total rebounds and is slotted 16th on the NDSU all-time rebounding list. She only the third player in the Division I era to surpass 600 or more rebounds.
SCOUTING NORTH DAKOTA
North Dakota has dropped its last three games and most recently came up short at Oral Roberts, 89-73. Kacie Borowicz paced the Fighting Hawks with a team-high 26 points on 11-of-20 shooting from the field. Borwicz leads the Summit League and ranks 24th in the nation in points per game with 19.4.
THE SERIES VS. NORTH DAKOTA
Under third-year head coach Jory Collins, NDSU is 6-0 against North Dakota and have won the last six meetings in the series that dates back to 1967. The Bison lead the all-time series, 41-39, and are 21-17 in games played at home.
Earlier this season, NDSU went on the road and picked up a 67-61 win to open Summit League play back on Dec. 22. Heaven Hamling paced the Bison with a team-high 17 points to go along with six rebounds, four assists and two steals.
