NDSU Women’s Golf Posts Eighth Place Finish at Golfweek/AGT Intercollegiate

PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – The North Dakota State women's golf team finished in eighth place at the Golfweek/Any Given Tuesday Intercollegiate at True Blue Golf Club.
The Bison assembled rounds of 307, 308 and 305 for a three-round total of 920 to finish in eighth place in the 17-team tournament. Coastal Carolina took the top spot with a score of 871, while Incarnate Word came in four strokes back in second place with a score of 875. SMU closed out the top three in third place with 887.
Leah Skaar (75-70-76--221) paced the Bison with a career-best three round total of 221. She notched her third career top 10 finish coming in tied for seventh place. Lexi Geolat (76-77-77--230) finished tied for 32nd place, while Jo Baranczyk (80-79-77--236) came in tied for 54th place.
Elise Hoven (77-82-79--238) finished tied for 59th place and Maddie Herzog (79-86-75--240) was slotted tied for 68th place. Catherine Monty (79-79-76--234) competed as an individual and registered a tied for 47th place finish.
The average score over three rounds of play on the par 72 course was 77.99.
