FARGO, N.D. -- North Dakota State volleyball and head coach
Jennifer Lopez have announced the upcoming 2022 schedule.
The schedule features 30 total matches, including 12 at Bentson Bunker Fieldhouse. The Bison will also play in four tournaments during the non-conference portion of the schedule and will host a tournament for the first time since 2019 when NDSU welcomes Chicago State, Central Michigan and Northern Arizona to Fargo on Sept. 9-10.
NDSU will open the season at the Southeast Missouri State Invitational in Cape Girardeau, Mo., against Jackson State on Aug. 26 at 10:00 a.m. The Bison will play their first six matches of the season on the road before opening their home schedule against Chicago State on Sept. 9 at 10:00 a.m. in the NDSU Tournament.
The Bison will open Summit League play with a two-match road swing at St. Thomas on Sept. 22 at 7:00 p.m., and Western Illinois on Sept. 24 at 11:00 a.m. NDSU will then continue conference play with its longest homestand of the season with four straight matches starting with South Dakota on Sept. 27 at 7:00 p.m. The Summit League Championship will be hosted by Omaha this season on Nov. 24-26.
