BROOKINGS, S.D. – Sprinter Kendra Kelley and a trio of Bison hurdlers turned in outstanding performances to headline the efforts of the North Dakota State women's track & field team on Saturday at SDSU's Jim Emmerich Alumni Invitational.

Kelley, a sophomore from Cloquet, Minn., won the 200m dash in a career-best time of 24.00, ranking second-fastest in NDSU history. She was only two-hundredths of a second from matching Antoinette Goodman's 2013 school record in the event.

Bison freshman Sydney Arndt won the 60m hurdles in 8.46 seconds – a new-personal-best that ties her for No. 2 all-time at NDSU.

Terezia Bolibruch clocked 8.49 for second place in the 60m hurdles, making her fourth-fastest in NDSU history. Bailee Dierks tied her career-best time at 8.71, ranking ninth all-time at NDSU.

NDSU's Grace Emineth won the long jump for the third straight meet, posting a mark of 19-06.00 (5.94m) for first place.

Nell Graham ran a personal-best 54.68 in the 400m dash, taking second in the meet and ranking sixth-fastest in NDSU indoor history. Angel Pratt ran 56.58 in the 400m for the second-fastest time of her indoor career, taking fifth in the meet.

The Bison women ran 3:46.30 in the 4x400m relay to take second place.

Ilise Jennings took third place in the 60m dash, running 7.61.

Bison freshman Aleah Miller ran 4:59.98 in the mile to take fourth place. Erin Valgardson clocked a personal-best 2:16.09 for fourth in the 800m. Kaleesa Houston led the Bison women in the 3000m, finishing in 9:59.28 for fifth place.

Freshman Adison Kapitzke was the top Bison in the women's shot put, throwing 45-06.50 (13.88m) for third place in the meet. Alissa Melvin took third in the triple jump with a mark of 36-06.25 (11.13m).
